About the Event
With the push and pull of RTO policies and WFH preferences, the debate on getting work done is still very much centred on the ‘where’ vs. the ‘how’.
In a Sep’23 article, Forbes cited research conducted by ResumeBuilder in Aug’23 noting that 90% of companies will return to the office by 2024. With 72% of corporate decision-makers stating that RTO has improved revenue.
In the same time period, an article in Fast Company cited a Fiverr global study of 9,129 workers that showed that Generations are divided on remote versus in-office work - but not the way many expect; it’s baby boomers that most want remote/ flexible working.
In this Power Hour, we will explore how organisations are enabling multi-gen teaming in a hybrid work environment. The session will include a fireside chat with Jenny Kavanagh, Vice President, Mastercard, Dublin Technology Hub where we will explore their real-world experiences on how they are responding to, and balancing employees’ needs with those of the business.
- How are employee needs changing, and how do they differ when we consider the multi-gen lens?
- What are the basics we need to bring into focus to move the conversation on to ‘how we work’ vs. ‘where we work’?
- What are the practices that are bringing people together, as we move forward in a digitally enabled world of work?
This session will bring clarity on how you can:
- Respond to, and balance employees’ needs with those of the business.
- Unlock the superpowers of multi-gen teaming to achieve powerful outcomes, in and out of the office.
- Build trust and cohesion by empowering teams to shape how they team together to achieve business outcomes.
- Create environments where teams, as collectives, can thrive, have fun, and feel they belong, whether they are in-person, or remote.
Who will benefit most from this event:
- People Managers.
- HR/OD/L&D Professionals.
- Team members looking to influence better work practices.
